That's why we give all our customers who purchase a Bluevibe Hotspot FREE support for 2 years in the Silver Support Plan.
After the initial 2 years run out, our customers have three separate Support Plans to choose from, in order to ensure everything runs smoothly at your deployments, and a maximum level of satisfaction, combined with excellent value for money.

- The Basic Support plan includes only campaign hosting services. This means that the customer benefits from the functionality of the Bluevibe Manager such as Hotspot monitoring and remote administration, campaign configuration and statistics etc. (see Bluevibe Manager section at the website). The customer also has access to the Bluevibe forum, but there is no guaranteed response time concerning technical questions.
The cost for the Basic Support Plan is 100 Euro per year per Hotspot. Buy online now...
- Silver plan: The Silver Support Planincludes everything the Basic Plan does while, in addition, also offering technical support for the installation and configuration of the Hotspot and campaigns. The customer also has e-mail technical support with a response time of up to 8 hours This is the Standard level of support and is provided FREE for 2 years with all new Dual Mode Hotspots.
After the first 2 years, the cost for the Silver Support Plan is 20 Euro per month per Hotspot. Buy online now...
- Gold plan: The Gold Support Plan includes everything that the Silver plan does while, in addition, giving the customer phone, instant messaging and e-mail support with a response time of up to 2 hours.
The Gold Support Plan is aimed towards mission-critical campaigns and the cost is 40 Euro per month per hotspot. Buy online now...
All customers are allowed to move to the Basic Support Plan after the free 2-year period on the Silver Support Plan, and customers are also allowed to upgrade their Support Plan at any time, if they need extra support for new events, deployments, etc.
