Hotspot	900	Comes with two (2) years free support and hosting (Silver Support Plan).
Upgrade kit	100	Upgrades a Hotspot to support up to 42 concurrent connections. The kit contains 3 Bluevibe-certified bluetooth antennas and 3 USB extension cables.

Support Plans

The price for a Bluevibe Hotspot is 900 Euros and includes 2 years free campaign hosting on our Bluevibe Server and silver level technical support plan (see below).

Support Plans	Price (euro)	Details
Basic	100	Per year per Hotspot. Provides access to the Support Forum. Includes software updates.
Silver	20	Per month per Hotspot. Includes e-mail support with response time of up to 8 hours. Also includes software updates.
Gold	40	Per month per Hotspot. Includes phone, Instant Messenger and e-mail support with response time of up to 2 hours. Also includes software updates.

You can purchase the appropriate Support Plan for your Hotspot online, after the 2 years of the Silver Support Plan included with the Hotspot have run out.
